What we collect

When you submit an application or upload documents through our site, we may collect: your name, email, phone number, Social Security Number, date of birth, address, employment and income information, business and personal tax returns, financial statements, bank/investment account information, and government-issued identification. When you contact us through our website, we collect the information you provide in that form (name, email, phone, message).

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to evaluate your loan request, package your file for submission to prospective lenders, and communicate with you about your application. We are a broker — we do not make credit decisions and do not fund loans ourselves.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with prospective lenders we submit your file to for financing consideration, and with referral partners directly involved in sourcing or supporting your deal. We may also share information as required by law or regulation (for example, disclosures required on SBA Form 159). We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

This is consistent with the consent you provide when you sign our Credit Authorization Form, which separately authorizes Branch Capital and prospective lenders to pull credit reports and verify information you provide.

How long we keep it

We retain application and deal records for as long as reasonably necessary to service your loan request, comply with recordkeeping obligations related to SBA and lender requirements, and resolve any disputes.

Your choices

You may withdraw your application at any time by contacting us. You may also request that we correct or delete information you've provided, subject to any documents we're required to retain by law or lender agreement.
