How it works

From application to funding.

We've broken the process into six steps. Most deals close in 30–90 days depending on type and lender — equipment and working capital deals can be much faster.

1

Submit your application

Use our secure online application to tell us about your deal. It takes about 10 minutes to complete the core information.

You'll select your deal type (new build, expansion, acquisition, etc.), enter your financing need, and share basic borrower details — credit range, income, employment, available cash.

2

Upload your documents

We tell you exactly what's needed for your deal type — no asking for paperwork that doesn't apply.

Common items include personal tax returns, business tax returns, P&Ls, balance sheets, a Personal Financial Statement (SBA Form 413), the FDD or signed franchise agreement, and government ID. We provide downloadable templates where helpful.

3

We package your file

Within a business day or two, we review your submission and prepare the lender package.

We compile your information into a polished, lender-ready summary spreadsheet plus your supporting documents. If anything's missing or unclear, we'll reach out before sending.

4

We send it to matched lenders

Your package goes to 3–5 lenders specifically matched to your concept, deal type, state, and amount.

Our lender panel is curated for the businesses we source — not a generic broadcast list. Lenders typically respond within 2–5 business days.

5

You review offers

Term sheets land in your secure dashboard. Lender names are hidden until you select one.

You see rate, term, monthly payment, amount offered, and fees side-by-side. We're available by phone any time during this stage to walk you through the differences.

6

We make the intro & close

Pick the offer that fits, and we hand you off to the funding lender to close the loan.

We stay involved through closing to keep things moving. For SBA-funded deals, we file SBA Form 159 to disclose any fees as required.

Fees

Our borrower fee is 0.25% of the funded loan amount. We also receive a separate fee from the funding lender. Both are only owed if your loan funds. If your file is declined or you withdraw, you owe nothing. For SBA loans, all borrower-paid fees are properly disclosed on SBA Form 159.
